Chi Nei Tsang Fundamentals

Learn the practical use of chi exercises
(Chi-Kung, sometimes known as Qi Gong) and the gentle manipulation of the internal organs for physical, emotional and spiritual healing, wellbeing, disease prevention and longevity with a master practitioner and teacher. Chi Nei Tsang is the ULTIMATE step for good health, fitness and life enjoyment. This is a powerful and concise introduction to Taoist Medicine and the principles that have ruled Traditional Oriental Medical practices for thousands of years. During this retreat, you will learn Taoist Meditation, Bone Marrow and Healing Buddha Palms Chi Kung; manual techniques to improve digestion and assimilation; dietary balance to improve, prevent and help reverse hypoglycemia and diabetes; how to perform a 1 hour Chi Nei Tsang treatment on yourself and others by the end of the training and much, much more!

Harbin Hot Springs is 90 miles north of San Francisco, just north of California's wine country. Replete with outdoor warm, hot and cold natural spring fed pools + swimming pool and showers; clothing-optional redwood sundecks, sauna; restaurants, self-prep/cook kitchen facilities, lodging, indoor and outdoor camping occupying 1160 acres of rolling hills traversed with hiking trails and babbling brooks, it has abundant wildlife and flora and is surrounded by undeveloped woodlands.
Between class times, relax in the natural pools (very hot, soothingly warm or breathtakingly cold) while gazing at the sky or stars. Thanks to a state of the art filtration system, even the large swimming pool contains absolutely no chlorine! Treat yourself to the healing arts of Harbin's own specialized water treatments like WATSU® (in-pool water shiatsu) and Water Dance or cranio-sacral balancing, foot reflexology, European facials, herbal linen body wraps, aromatherapy, free nightly yoga, or live music on weekend evenings. There are also plenty of outdoor places for morning meditation under oak or walnut trees or beneath the California sky.

For Emotional Processing, please make your travel plans to arrive in time for retreat check-in from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on February 1. The retreat ends before lunch on February 5.

Accommodations and Meals
The Retreat Fee includes all meals beginning with lunch on the first day and ending with breakfast on the last day.
Vegetarians and those with special food needs can be accommodated.
Accommodations are indoor or outdoor camping at Harbin Hot Springs and include 24 hour use of the pools. Rooms
can also be rented at an additional charge (book with and pay Harbin): Dormitory rooms (men's or women's) (limit 5 people)
with a shared bathroom are $35 Sun-Thur and $50 Fri-Sat per night (provide your own towels and bedding); Basic Room
(one person) $55 Sun-Thur and $75 Fri-Sat per night; Basic Room (two people) $80 Sun-Thur and $110 Fri-Sat per night.
Basic Room occupants share bathroom. Half and Full Bath Rooms are also available as are cottages. Reservations and
confirmation of current prices for these accommodations must be made with Harbin Hot Springs directly at 707-987-2477,

Retreat participants must provide their own bedding and towels for indoor or outdoor camping or for Dormitory Rooms.
