Early Spring Retreat in the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica!

Please register early and save! Retreats are limited to 27 people. Register by faxing this form to (888) 293-6771, or mail it with your payment to: Tao Retreats, 752 Greenwich Street, Suite 3C, New York, NY 10014. To register, submit the form below with full payment or a minimum $500 deposit. Please make checks payable to Tao Retreats. Please also submit the Release of Liability Form posted here. In addition, it is necessary that all retreat participants purchase medical and evacuation insurance. Information will be sent upon registration.

Refunds prior to February 3, 2007 will incur a $150 cancellation fee. After that, refunds will be made only if a replacement can be found. Full payment required by 2/23/07. This policy is firm.

The retreat fee includes all workshop activities, meals, excursions, service fee and 7 nights accommodations at Guaria de Osa, 1 night at a San Jose hotel, transfers from Drake Bay to Guaria and from Guaria to Sierpe for return flight to San Jose. Vegetarians can be accommodated.
